Privacy policy

Within the framework of the legislation in force on the protection of personal data and privacy, the Fichet Group (hereinafter referred to as "the Fichet Group" or "we"), with its registered office at 7, rue Paul Dautier - CS 50011 78141 Vélizy-Villacoublay Cedex, France, deemed responsible for the personal data that the company collects, uses and manages in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "regulations").

We attach the greatest importance to the protection of your personal data. We are committed to protecting all personal information provided to the Fichet Group, whether it comes from business partners, visitors or users of our websites, or from other persons.

How do we collect your personal data?

What personal data do we collect?

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

Recruitment

When you apply for a position through our websites or another channel, we collect additional and more specific personal information about you, such as your qualifications, work experience, references and our comments during the interview. We may also request other information from you, such as your interests and the types of positions you are interested in. Any personal data that you provide to the Fichet Group in the context of an application will be processed in accordance with our recruiting practices.

Legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Fichet Group: In order to comply with current privacy legislation, the Fichet Group must specify the legal basis for the processing of your personal data. In accordance with the reasons for which we collect and use your personal data set out above, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data by the Fichet Group is generally as follows:

We may choose to allow users to share comments, posts, testimonials or other information. This information that you may provide to us may be made public. In that case, this information can be read, collected and used by anyone who has access to it.

Finally, we may share non-personal information with third parties not listed above. In such cases, we may aggregate or anonymize the information so that a third party cannot determine the relationship between this information and you, your computer or your equipment. Merging means that we combine the non-personal information of a large number of people so that they are no longer associated with anyone in particular. Anonymization means that we try to remove or change certain details that can be used to associate data with an individual.

Transfer of personal data

Please note that persons to whom the Fichet Group may transfer your personal data in accordance with these regulations may be located in a country other than yours, and that country may have less stringent data protection laws. Security

The Fichet Group takes all reasonably practicable technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or criminal damage, accidental loss and unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, alteration and disclosure.

Storing of files

Your personal data will only be kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Consequently, the data and the files it contains are destroyed or removed from our computer systems when we no longer need them. The storage time of the files depends on the type of personal data they contain.

Your rights

Existing data confidentiality legislation gives individuals rights to the personal data organizations hold about them. Amendments to these regulations

We reserve the right to change or modify this privacy policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. It is your responsibility to read this policy each time you provide information or place an order.

Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that a website you visit can store on your hard drive. A cookie file may contain information (such as a user ID) that the website can use to track your preferences and the pages visited. A cookie may not contain any personal information other than the information you have personally provided. A cookie cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookie files placed by other websites.

The Fichet Group uses cookies to track users' navigation patterns and to improve the ergonomics of its websites.

Glossary

Data controller: the person or persons who is or are responsible for determining the purposes of the data processing and the resources allocated for this.

Data Protection Authority: The regulatory authority responsible for everything related to the privacy and protection of personal data in the territory where the Fichet Group or one of the Fichet Group companies operates.

European Economic Area (EEA): The European Economic Area includes all member states of the European Union, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

Personal data: information related to an identified or identifiable individual, for example, the data about Fichet Group employees, third party service providers, job applicants, the employees of its service providers or suppliers, customers, patients using Fichet Group products and users of our website or service centers. This data includes the name, postal address, e-mail address, application file and user account data of the person concerned, as well as correspondence about this. The personal data may also include information about surfing behavior on the internet (e.g. the data associated with a particular cookie) and the IP addresses, if these can be specifically linked to a person.

Processing: any activity related to personal data, in particular the collection and storage of the data, access to the data, their association with other data, their transfer to a third party or their deletion.
